1. Services Provided

DFY Home Pros is a family-owned home service business specializing in home maintenance, repairs, and home improvement services in Coweta and surrounding counties. Our services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Estimates and Payments

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

A deposit may be required before work begins, depending on the scope of the project.

Full payment is due within three (3) days (72 Hours) of receipt of the final invoice unless alternative payment terms have been arranged in writing.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel scheduled services up to 48 hours before the appointment without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled work may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Deposits for custom work or materials purchased on behalf of the client may be non-refundable.

4. Warranties and Liability

All work performed by DFY Home Pros includes a one (1) year warranty for any material defects that may arise.

Defects that can be reasonably attributed to our labor will be repaired for free within 30 days of notice. 

Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, natural disasters, or external factors beyond our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure clear access to the work area and provide accurate project details.

Any structural or hazardous conditions must be disclosed before work begins.

DFY Home Pros is not responsible for unforeseen complications arising from pre-existing conditions of the property.

6. Privacy Policy

Any personal information provided to DFY Home Pros is used solely for communication and service purposes.

We do not sell or share client information with third parties without consent.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

DFY Home Pros reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest Terms and Conditions.
